Terms of Use for CarStream for Twitch

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the CarStream for Twitch app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of App

CarStream for Twitch is an app that enables Twitch streaming audio in CarPlay. The app offers CarStream Plus, a premium upgrade that provides enhanced features for your Twitch experience in the car.

3. Important Note About Twitch

This App does not provide its own user accounts or authentication system. Instead, it allows you to connect your existing Twitch account to access Twitch content through CarPlay. Your use of Twitch through this App is subject to Twitch's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Premium Features

The App offers CarStream Plus, a premium upgrade that provides:

• Ability to connect your Twitch account
• Access to your "Following" tab in CarPlay
• Enhanced audio streaming from Twitch in CarPlay

5. Subscription Details

5.1 Subscription Options

The App offers the following CarStream Plus subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews every month
• Annual Subscription: Auto-renews every year
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time purchase that never expires

5.2 Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies, not directly by CarStream for Twitch.

6. Use of Twitch

• The App allows you to access Twitch content through your existing Twitch account
• Your use of Twitch is subject to Twitch's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• We do not control and are not responsible for Twitch's content or policies
• We do not store your Twitch credentials - authentication happens directly between your device and Twitch's servers

7. CarPlay Integration

• The App is designed to work with Apple CarPlay
• Use of CarPlay is subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for any changes Apple may make to the CarPlay platform that could affect our App

8. User Responsibilities

8.1 Twitch Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Twitch account information when connected through the App.

8.2 Legal Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App

8.3 Safe Driving

You acknowledge that using CarPlay while driving can be distracting. You are responsible for using the App in a safe manner that complies with all applicable driving laws and regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of CarStream for Twitch and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CarStream for Twitch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
